- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I got a car loan from them. I was charged $825 for not being insured 1 month(wow). I showed them the proof that I was insured. 14 yes, 14 months later, after resending the proof, they finally and rudely refunded the $825 fee, but $50 of interest had accrued on the fee. They still refuse to refund that. Watch out for them, and keep on top of them. I have had 1 very nice person, 2 very rude people, and several clueless people "helping".
